The thriving Mexico Real Estate area in the state of Quintana Roo – the north of this state includes Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Cozumel and Tulum – is beginning to see opportunities develop in the south of the state, especially in an area known as the Costa Maya, which so far has received less attention. The current promise of healthy growth in the Tulum real estate market, about 45 minutes away from the Playa del Carmen real estate area, is opening up areas to the south of this town, which marks the end of the famous Riviera Maya.
